Carlie started working in residential construction in 2007/2008 with the total remodel and addition of a historical home in Old Enfield. She has continued building in Central Austin for the last 12 years. Carlie obtained a Bachelors in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University in 2004 and a Masters in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Construction Engineering and Project Management from the University of Texas at Austin in 2006. She is originally from Houston, TX and is married to a third-generation home builder, Jake Bailey, of Bailey Homes.

Mary worked as a Land Development Civil Engineer for 10 years in Austin, TX before leaving to help raise her 4 children at home. She was a client of CB Crafted Homes and joined the company shortly after the remodel on her Tarrytown home was complete. Also from Houston, she obtained a Bachelors in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2004 and has a Professional Engineering license.
